WE OFFER A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY-SEE BELOW
**Return Authorization Number:** All returns must be pre-approved. Please call and obtain a return authorization number before returning anything. This ensures:
1. You’re sending to the correct address.
2. The return makes sense for your situation.
3. We can identify your package upon receipt.
4. Some products are shipped from various locations, and we want to avoid returns going to the wrong place.
5. We can advise the best way to ship items back, potentially saving you $50 to $100 on shipping.
Returns on Vehicles
– Vehicles (go-karts, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, side-by-sides, scooters, or any other vehicle) may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
– There is a 25% restocking fee on vehicles.
– If financed, any charges that may be charged by the lender for canceling will be passed to the customer
– Vehicles must never have been run and either be in the original packing material, packaged as received, or if assembled, crated properly if shipped by LTL or car hauler.
– Vehicles must be free of damage, scratches, or missing parts. Any such issues will be deducted from the refund.
– Customers are responsible for freight and insurance costs for returning the vehicle to Jaguar Power Sports.
– Prior agreement from Jaguar Power Sports is required before returning any vehicle.
Electrical Parts
– No returns on electrical parts.
Deposit
-Any deposit collected by Jaguar Power Sports to hold a vehicle (go-karts, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, side-by-sides, scooters, or any other vehicle) is non refundable
All Other Parts
– Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt, according to tracking information.
– Items must be in new/unused condition—meaning they have not been installed and show no blemishes, damage, or modifications.
– Items that have come into contact with chemicals, fuel, lubricant, etc., cannot be returned.
– No returns on electrical parts such as wiring harnesses, relays, CDIs, or batteries (unless defective).
– Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
– Non-defective items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Initiating the Return Process
1. Call and speak to a customer service representative to get a return authorization number.
2. Both parties must agree to the return, as placing an order constitutes a legal and binding contract.
3. If eligible, package items with the original packing material, include your return address, and clearly print your order number on the outside of the package.
Refunds
– Refunds will be issued with a 25% restocking fee upon approved inspection of returned items.
– Refund processing time depends on your credit card/account policies.
– Customer will get refunded up to 30 days after return is processed.
Defective Parts
– Jaguar Power Sports warranties parts in accordance with our warranty policy.
