Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, unless otherwise covered by an express manufacturer or Jaguar Power Sports warranty:

  • Installed, used, or worn soft goods, including helmets, apparel, shoes, or accessories that are not in new condition with original tags and packaging
  • Products shipped outside of the United States
  • All e-bike batteries
    E-bike batteries are classified as hazardous materials. Due to shipping regulations, all battery sales are final.

14-Day E-Bike Return Policy

E-bikes may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup provided the following conditions are met:

  • Bike must be in new, unused condition
  • Odometer must show fewer than 15 miles beyond the recorded mileage at time of purchase
  • Bike must include all original packaging, keys, chargers, manuals, and accessories
  • No damage, wear, or modifications

Shipped E-Bikes

  • Must be unused and returned in original packaging
  • Must be shipped back within 15 days
  • Prior approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) required
  • Subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Modified E-Bikes

  • E-bikes modified at the customer’s request may be considered case-by-case
  • Approved returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee

Refund Processing

Refunds must be requested and processed in-store or through Jaguar Power Sports’ online refund system.

Refund Method

  • Cash or Check: Refunded in cash
  • Credit Card: Refunded to original card
    (If original card is unavailable, refund will be issued as store credit)
  • Debit Card: Refunded to original debit card or store credit
  • Gift Cards: Refunded to original gift card or a new gift card
  • Online Payments: Refunded through original payment method
    (Credit/Debit, PayPal, Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, or gift card)

⏱ Please allow 1–2 weeks after receipt of returned items for refund processing.

Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was delivered damaged or shipped incorrectly
  • Jaguar Power Sports reserves the right to charge a restocking fee at its discretion
  • For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Return Authorization Requirement

To qualify for any refund or credit:

  • Items must be returned to the Jaguar Power Sports store within the allowed return window
    OR
  • Shipped back with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Returned products must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance

Warranty Notice

This return policy does not replace or limit manufacturer warranties.
Warranty claims for defects or workmanship will be handled separately.
